Brian and Mika Kleinschmidt are back with the second part of 100 Days Hotel Challenge, and we get a little sneak peek before the show airs on HGTV on Tuesday.

In the first episode (warning, spoilers!) Real Estate Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott chose Team Mika as the winner. She renovated the guest rooms of her hotel with the help of Farmhouse Fixer starring Jonathan Knight and Kristina Crestin. Bryan and Sarah Baeumler joined Brian, but fell short of the jury’s expectations.

This week the teams are focusing on one of the most important areas of the hotels – the lobbies. Mika and Galey Alix (At home in no time), have the big task of creating a completely new lobby, and Brian gets help from Luxury for less Star Michael Smith Boyd.

The lobbies create the important first And final impression on guests. Brian and Mika not only create functional and inviting spaces, but also help motel owners redesign (and even rename) the hotels.

In the exclusive clip, Mika and Galey get to work dismantling the room, while Brian and Michel take a somewhat mischievous approach and prank their competitors. The duo puts a “stop work” sign on the motel’s porch to inform Mika and Galey that their work is not up to code and that corrections are needed.

Brian proves he’ll do anything to stay ahead of the competition! Of course, the prank is all in good fun, but is it worth getting in trouble with Mika when he gets home? Watch how it all unfolds on Tuesday, August 20 at 8 p.m. EST on HGTV (the series is also available to stream on Max).
