Last chance to vote early: Osceola’s nine polling stations open today at 9 a.m.

Today is the last opportunity to vote early in Osceola County for the August 20, 2024 primary election. As of 7:55 a.m. on August 18, 2024, a total of 25,550 votes have been cast – 7,369 through early voting and 18,181 through absentee ballots. This represents an unofficial turnout of 11.42% among the 223,760 active and eligible voters in the county. Early voting continues today from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., providing residents another opportunity to make their voices heard before Election Day. Primary voting day is Tuesday, August 20, and registered voters will cast their ballots at their precincts.

How to vote early

Early voting is available at the Chief Election Officer’s main office and other locations throughout the county. To vote early, eligible voters must present a current and valid photo ID with signature. Voters can cast their ballots anywhere in the district. On election day, registered voters must vote in their home district.

To participate in the primary election, you must be registered to vote on or before July 22, 2024.
