Inter prepares last-minute transfer for Juventus outsider Federico Chiesa

Inter Milan are preparing a move for disgraced Juventus winger Federico Chiesa in the final stages of the transfer window.

This is reported by La Repubblica about FCInterNewsThey report that the Nerazzurri have about 10 million for the 26-year-old if they manage to get rid of Joaquin Correa first.

One thing is clear: Juventus does not want Chiesa in their squad next season.

The Italian international is not included in the plans of the new Bianconeri coach Thiago Motta.

For this reason, Juventus is aiming to sell Chiesa this summer.

And then there is the contract situation of the former Fiorentina winger, which makes things even more complicated.

Chiesa’s contract with Juventus expires at the end of June next year.

Therefore, this summer would be the last big chance for the Turin giants to make money with the 26-year-old.

Otherwise, Juventus’ only option would be to sell Chiesa in January for a drastically reduced transfer fee – or see him leave for nothing next summer.

Inter prepares last-minute swap for Juventus outsider Federico Chiesa

Juventus made every effort to get rid of Chiesa this summer.

And there are reports that big clubs from Serie A and Naples are interested in signing the Italian international.

But so far no concrete offers for Church have occurred.

This of course puts Juventus in an uncomfortable position.

The Bianconeri have also informed Chiesa that they intend to sell him this summer and he has been excluded from the squad.

However, if no offers are received that Juventus and Chiesa accept, the 26-year-old will ultimately still be a Juventus player.

And Inter is ready to take advantage of this untenable situation, reports La Repubblica.

The Nerazzurri have been keeping an eye on Chiesa’s situation with a view to a possible free transfer next summer.

But according to La Repubblica, the Nerazzurri are also preparing to make an attempt to sign the Italian international in the final days of the summer transfer window.

As Juventus become increasingly desperate to sell the former Fiorentina player, Inter hope that the price will drop significantly. They are willing to pay around 10 million.

To do this, however, one would first have to get rid of Joaquin Correa.

If the Argentine stays in the squad, he would be the “fifth” striker in the squad.

But if Inter can find a solution for Correa, then they are ready to go after Chiesa.
