Model Jessica Gomes has finally revealed the story behind her infamous “MM-Maybach Music” album – and says she hasn’t seen a dollar in royalties from anyone on the MMG crew.

The Australian beauty says she came into contact with Rozay through Jay-Z in 2008 and the drop is part of a longer clip from the song Maybach Music.

“It was another girl who was talking and then she said, ‘What is that?’ and I said, ‘That’s Maybach music,’ and then we both said, ‘I like that Maybach music.’ And we both said, ‘Sweet,'” she explained to GlobalGrind.

“We were just hanging out in the studio with friends and then it just happened. We got behind the mic, started talking and that was basically it. They decided to put it in their song and nothing came of it.”

“But now everyone uses my part where I say ‘Maybach Music’.”

As famous as the vocal sample is, Gomes has not received any money for her services, which have been used on over 50 tracks. “I have to get paid for these songs,” she added.

Last week, Jessica was revealed as the face behind the voice and confirmed the rumors with a teasing tweet: “Maybach Music. Ha.”

Surprisingly, the 26-year-old hasn’t even spoken to Rick Ross about her role on some of MMG’s biggest hits. Perhaps Rozay should expect someone to knock on his door in the next few weeks…
