Planters around Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs on Disney’s Boardwalk removed

On a recent trip to Disney Boardwalk, we noticed that the planters surrounding the Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs had been removed.

The planters surrounding the Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs stand on Disney’s Boardwalk have been removed, giving us a full view of the newly remodeled location. This isn’t the first time we’ve had an unobstructed view of the former BoardWalk To Go. In June, the walls surrounding the building were removed, but planters were then put in place so work could continue inside and out of the location.

The exterior of the building doesn’t look much different than it did in our June update. The only major changes were the installation of a fire alarm and the fact that the locations’ menus are now next to the “order” window on one side of the kiosk. In July, we were able to spot the menu through the flower pots.

The menu has many similarities to the Blue Ribbon Corn Dog in the Downtown Disney District at the Disneyland Resort. However, the new Walt Disney World location will feature more corn dog variations, cotton candy, and lemonade.

After the walls came down, we were able to get a look inside the booth. This was the first time we were able to get a look at the space and equipment inside the booth. Everything seems to be in its right place, with no visible building materials. Perhaps this means we’ll get an official opening date for Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs soon.
