This small house has no stairs and has all rooms on one floor for easier accessibility
Although many people are moving to micro-living, the tiny house lifestyle is still not for everyone. Mobility issues and the desire to avoid climbing ladders often stop people from purchasing a tiny house. With these issues in mind, Evergreen Homes Australia designed the Casuarina. The Casuarina is a single storey and serves as a comfortable and cozy home for two people and a few guests. The house is based on a three-axle trailer and is 8.4m long.

Casuarina features a black metal exterior accented by wood accents. The interior of the home is quite airy and free-flowing, and the layout is simple, making the most of the limited space available. The interior occupies 18 sq. ft. and has a sliding glass door that leads into the living room. The living room has a sofa bed that also serves as a sleeping area for guests. A wood stove and ceiling fan are also present in the room. The kitchen is nearby and quite well designed for a small home. It contains a breakfast area with stools for several people, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, an electric stove, a two-burner propane stove, a sink, and some cabinets.
The kitchen and bathroom are connected and the bathroom is quite spacious. It has a sink and shelves as well as space for a washer/dryer. At the other end of the house is the bedroom. The bedroom is on the ground floor so it is quite easy to access. The bedroom also has a high ceiling so residents can easily enter the room without having to duck their heads. The room has a double bed and plenty of storage space.
The Casuarina Tiny Home is powered by a mains connection as standard, but can also be combined with solar panels if you want to choose an off-grid lifestyle, so you can choose the power grid of your choice. We are not sure about the exact pricing of the tiny home.
