She has also scored a game-winning goal in each of the past two seasons.

Michaela Goen (Jr./Hurst, TX) is a sophomore at Emporia State after joining her sister Mackenzi on the Hornets last season. Goen played in three games to start the 2023 season before suffering an injury that sidelined her.

Ali Coash (So./Valley Center, KS) is a sophomore and, like Putter, has done a lot during her freshman season. Coash played in 23 of 24 games and totaled 650 minutes, starting four times. She scored her first career goal against Nebraska-Kearney in a 5-0 win. Her career-high in minutes came against Minnesota State, when she played 69 minutes against the Mavericks.
