Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars released their duet titled Die with a smile on Friday, August 16th.

Gaga told us how the song came about and said: Page Six, “Bruno and I have great mutual respect and have talked about working together.”

“I was finishing my own album in Malibu, and one night after a long day, he asked me to come to his studio to listen to something he was working on,” she said.

“It was about midnight when I got there and I was stunned when I heard what he had started doing,” Gaga said.

The Grammy winner further praised Mars, saying, “Bruno’s talent is indescribable. His musicianship and vision are on a whole new level. There is no one like him.”

Mars returned the praise, saying it was “an honor” to work with her, adding, “She’s an icon and she makes this song magical. I’m so excited for everyone to hear it.”
