Blessed Madonna and Kylie Minogue, “Edge of Saturday Night”

The Blessed Madonna is getting more excited ahead of the release of her debut album, Have a nice tripwith his latest single, a hard-hitting sing-along party anthem featuring the Queen herself, Kylie Minogue. After showing her skill in merging the worlds of pop and dance with her Club Future Nostalgia Megamix by Dua Lipa Nostalgia for the futurethe artist born Marea Stamper once again demonstrates the seamless transition between the two worlds with a piano-driven, shimmering synth party anthem that has plenty of power in its bassline. An official video for the track, shot at classic Ibiza club Pikes, is out soon, featuring Have a nice trip will be released on October 11th via Warner Records.

Bonobo, “Xpander”

Who else but master Bonobo could so deftly assemble sparse beats, an ethereal acapella number, and what sounds like a flute into a kinetic, hard-hitting electronic track that has long been a weapon in his sets. After playing all summer, the English-born, Los Angeles-based producer officially released the fan-favorite “Xpander” via Ninja Tune and will surely play it at his upcoming performances, including his Outlier shows in September at Red Rocks in Colorado and across Europe in the fall, as well as a Boiler Room event in Los Angeles on September 21.

Peggy Gou, “Find the Way”

Ahead of her biggest headline show ever in London tomorrow (17 August), Peggy Gou has released a one-off single, ‘Find the Way’. Featuring her own vocals, the track expands on the cool, dreamy atmosphere of her June album, I hear youand in particular its hit single “It Goes Like (Nanana)”, which takes a slightly darker and subtly more psychedelic turn in the final third. “Find the Way” is released on Gou’s own label Gudu Records and comes ahead of her show at London’s Gunnersbury Park tomorrow, which will also feature Mochakk, LSDXOXO, Sally C and Hiver.

What So Not & Habstract feat. Maiah Manser “Realize”

The Australian producer releases his complete Applications EP today, adding two more tracks to the project’s already released and truly excellent two singles, “Lights Go Out” and “Slow Motion”. Co-produced with French artist Habstrakt and featuring vocals from LA-based singer Maiah Manser, “Realise” blends elements of garage and progressive house into a glowing, intellectual afterhours anthem. The EP follows What So Not’s Dance Dance Revival Tour, which visited 11 venues across Australia with the aim of providing a platform for emerging Australian artists who have had a tough time breaking through due to pandemic-related closures, inflation and reduced opportunities due to the country’s distance from so many other places, with the tour ending on a sweet, wild finale. Applications released by Create Music Group.

Radio Slave, “The Lunatics” (Solomun arrangement)

The master Solomun adds his distinctive touch to Radio Slaves’ “The Lunatics” from the artist’s May album. VentiThe Bosnian-German producer transforms the original into a hard-hitting, 80s-influenced and darkly hypnotic anthem in the great tradition of New Order and just in time for these sweaty late summer days.

Duke Dumont feat. Clementine Douglas, “I won’t give up”

The English producer returns in top form with ‘Ain’t Giving Up’, which sees him show off his trademark synth-driven take on house music, with the powerful Clementine Douglas adding to the enchanting production with a stirring vocal about refusing to give up on someone you love. Dumont’s upcoming shows include Zouk in Las Vegas this weekend, two nights at the Brooklyn Mirage later this month, and two huge sold-out shows in London and Dublin this fall.
