With the power of ecstatic dance (free-flowing movement), authentic expression and live house music, we will dance inward to let go of what no longer serves us and become euphorically alive.

You will leave the seminar feeling energetically and emotionally lighter, strengthened and with a deeper connection to yourself and others.
