NASCAR Michigan: Complete weekend schedule, TV schedule for the Cup Series race

After a controversial finish in Richmond and the penalty for race winner Austin Dillon, the NASCAR Cup Series continues to the Michigan International Speedway this race weekend.

Sunday’s FireKeepers Casino 400 is much more exciting now than it was before last Sunday’s race at Richmond. Dillon destroyed Denny Hamlin and Joey Logano on the final lap to win the race, but his playoff spot from that race win was stripped away by NASCAR midweek to penalize his behavior on the final corner.

Before Richmond, Dillon had his worst season as a full-time driver in the Cup Series, finishing outside the top 30 in the points standings. Before Michigan, he is now one of the stories of the season. When will any receipts be issued from Hamlin or Logano?

The three-kilometer high-speed track in Brooklyn, Michigan, will also host the ARCA Menards Series on Friday and the Xfinity Series on Saturday, the latter of which has been suspended since July 20.
