Honda CB160R Design
The bike exudes sportiness wherever you look at it. Honda has made commuter bikes in the 150cc segment, but this time it’s different. Honda wanted a youthful product that would appeal to young buyers. It aimed at something like a TVS Apache or a Bajaj Pulsar.
The Honda CB Hornet 160R looks good from all angles. Its design and styling are one of the main reasons why people choose it.
Honda CB Hornet 160R has also been launched in two special edition variants. One is standard and the other is CBS (Combined Braking System). Both the bikes are available in this new edition which has an option of green or orange decals on a black bodywork. Besides, these edition bikes also have some new graphics.

Honda CB Hornet 160R driving characteristics and handling
The riding position on the Honda CB Hornet 160R is more upright than sporty. This is a good thing, especially when you are riding for long periods or covering long distances. The handlebars are short while giving a sporty feel. The position of the foot pegs is also comfortable. The bike feels confident in corners and sudden changes in direction. The front axle feels light and could have done with a bit more feel. The 140/70 17 MRF Zapper S1 tyre at the rear has good grip. There is a 100/80 17 MRF Zapper tyre at the front and together with the 276mm disc brake, it helps in safe braking. The Honda CB Hornet 160R has a 220mm disc at the rear and also comes with CBS (Combined Braking System) which automatically activates the rear brake when the front brake lever is operated. This is a good feature and prevents the motorcycle from slipping on surfaces with loose soil or gravel.
