A Residents of Hialeah was arrested for spying on a six-year-old girl in her home in Little Havana. Alexander Perez Piloto38, was filmed masturbating while watching the minor through the window of the four-family house where she lives (Southwest 10th Street and 7th Avenue).

The incident occurred on August 21 at around 6:45 a.m. and was recorded by a security camera. The video shows the man peeking into the house and touching his genitals. A 30-year-old mother and her three young children were in the house at the time: the six-year-old girl and two boys aged eight and ten. The mother saw the man at the window.

He said Local 10 that a friend had called to warn him that someone might try to steal his tools. But when he checked his security cameras, he saw what had happened.

“I was furious. I couldn’t even work properly that day because I was so angry. Our daughter is terrified. She doesn’t want to sleep alone,” Larrynaga said.

According to the arrest report, after the media aired the video of the incident, Pérez Piloto was confronted by a family member and turned himself in Hialeah Police on Monday. After his confession, he was charged with four counts of voyeurism and a separate burglary of an occupied dwelling. Until Wednesday, he was in custody in Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center (TGK) without any fixed commitment.
