The Alone Trailer

“It’s dangerous, you know, to think the worst about people…” Quiver Distribution has released an official trailer for an indie zombie horror thriller from Canada called The Alonea new creation by filmmaker Lowell Dean – best known as the director of WolfCop Movies. This film will premiere at a Canadian film festival next month before hitting VOD in October. The film tells the story of a young man suffering from amnesia. When a zombie outbreak occurs, he teams up with a rugged survivalist to find his girlfriend. Lost in a world reclaimed by nature and overrun by mysterious creatures, a young man suffering from amnesia teams up with an eccentric survivalist to find his missing girlfriend. Carrie Anne Moss Co-Stars with Douglas Smithand a small cast, including Kimberly Sue Murray, Steven Royand Frank Grillo. Wait, this is about tree-people zombies?! Crazy. Actually, it looks pretty cool – maybe it’s worth a look.

Lost in a world reclaimed by nature and haunted by mysterious creatures, a young man (Douglas Smith) with amnesia teams up with an eccentric survivalist to find his missing girlfriend. The Alone was written and directed by Canadian genre filmmaker Lowell DeanDirector of the films 13 Scary, WolfCop, Another WolfCopAnd SuperGrid previously, along with several other short films. It is produced by Kevin DeWalt, Danielle Masters and Benjamin DeWalt. The film will premiere in Canada next month at the 2024 Cinéfest Sudbury Film Festival, although it hasn’t played anywhere else. Quiver Distr. will debut Dean’s then. The Alone in selected US cinemas + on VOD from October 18, 2024 this fall. Who is curious and wants to see this?
