to establish Minerva, a professional community dedicated to promoting gender inclusion in supply chains and digital technology leadership

Make way, status quo. North Texas-based digital brain unicorn o9 Solutions is pushing the boundaries of the supply chain and digital technology world with Minerva, a new professional community that aims to be anything but business as usual.

Named after the Roman goddess of wisdom (because who doesn’t need a little divine inspiration?), Minerva is o9’s answer to the gender gap in these traditionally male-dominated fields. It brings together industry heavyweights such as Rhondia Turanoformer Chief Procurement Officer at 3MAnd Alison JonesChief Operations Officer at Canyon Bicycles GmbHas Minerva Ambassador.

“With the o9 Minerva community, we want to promote the incredible knowledge, drive and experiences of women working in the supply chain,” o9 CRO Stephan de Barse said.

Minerva’s launch events will take place during aim10x On Tour Dallas (September 25-26) and Amsterdam (October 28-29). Both events will feature networking opportunities and panel discussions with Minerva ambassadors sharing their professional experiences. Last year, aim10x Dallas attracted over 200 customers and partners from around the world.

Membership is open to anyone working in supply chain and digital technologies who holds leadership positions in their organizations, the company said.
