The latest episode of Snowpiercer’s fourth season is titled “From Moth to Flame.” The synopsis reads: “Layton learns who was responsible for the experiments on Josie and Liana, then finds out who froze the world. Big Alice approaches New Eden, but is unable to cross the booby-trapped bridge.”

The final season of Snowpiercer includes 10 episodes. Here is the schedule:

• Episode 1 – Snakes in the Garden: “When a rocket crashes nearby, Melanie sends Till and Ben to investigate. Nine months later, New Eden faces uncertain times and unknown enemies.” (July 21)
• Episode 2 – The Sting of Survival: “Melanie realizes something is wrong when Milius and his Animal Squad storm the train. When Ben’s life is threatened, she is forced to hand over the locomotive.” (July 28)
• Episode 3 – Life Source: “Layton demands to use Big Alice to save Liana. Ruth, who is now mayor of New Eden, refuses because it is the city’s power supply. Layton has Javi create a makeshift solution that will give them power for three weeks.” (August 4)
• Episode 4 – North Star: “Big Alice catches up with Snowpiercer and Milius radios her and invites Layton. Layton and Josie sense a trap and sneak up on Snowpiercer.” (August 11)
• Episode 5 – The Engineer: “Layton hears of the deal: Liana for Big Alice; he agrees and the trains dock at the Silo; while Layton, Ben, Till, Ruth and Alex stew in a waiting room, Josie is taken to Headwood; Milius introduces his accomplice: Wilford. (August 18)
• Episode 6 – Bell the Cat: “Nima needs more samples for his experiments, so Milius sends Wilford and the soldiers to get them. In private, Milius orders Wolf to kill Wilford. Layton wakes up on a deserted floor and is approached by people with scars from poisonous gas.” (August 25)
• Episode 7 – Like a moth to a flame: “Layton learns who was responsible for the experiments on Josie and Liana, and then finds out who froze the world. Big Alice approaches New Eden, but is unable to cross the booby-trapped bridge.” (September 1)
• Episode 8 – From Weeping Cross: “The bridge is safe to cross and Big Alice heads to New Eden. Layton, Josie and Liana are stranded in the middle of nowhere and are freezing to death when a masked soldier appears.” (September 8)
• Episode 9 – Dominant Paths: “Alex sabotages the switch computer and escapes to City Hall with Layton’s help. Till surprises Ace and saves Layton and Alex from Rat. Melanie reveals the identity of Alex’s biological father.” (September 15)
• Episode 10 – Last Stop: “Nima heads to Snowpiercer. Layton and the Tailies fight their way up when Ruth is captured. Nima tries to negotiate a deal and runs to the missile control room to initiate the launch sequence.” (September 22)
