Dinosaur experience with 9m tall dinos comes to York
Next month, a dinosaur experience will be coming to York city centre. If you thought dinosaurs were extinct, you’re wrong! From Betsy the Triceratops to Roxy the T-Rex, this is the perfect family day out that you won’t want to miss.
The York BID Dinosaur Experience will take over St Sampson’s Square and Parliament Street on Saturday 7 September, featuring Jurassic giants measuring up to 8 metres long and their cute babies.
With support from the York Business Improvement District, you can now spot dinosaurs at the Dinosaur Experience, coming to town next month from 2pm to 6pm. You can get up close and personal with the dinosaurs and take selfies with them.
But don’t be alarmed when they roar! 66 million years later, you can immerse yourself in the past in a fun and interactive way that is guaranteed to delight your children.
And that’s not all. You can also see the emergency vehicles, as the police and fire department will be there. What child wouldn’t find that exciting?
Speaking about the Dinosaur Experience event, a BID spokesperson said: “Meet the dinosaurs, take some selfies and hear them roar!”
That definitely sounds a bit like me.
