Geddes, NY – A 15-year-old girl was stabbed during a fight at the New York State Fair Saturday night, and a second 15-year-old girl has been charged with assault, according to court records and state police.

The second 15-year-old was charged with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, according to a motion for an extreme danger protection order filed Sunday in Onondaga County District Court. by the state police.

The 15-year-old girl and a friend were walking near the Expo Center on Saturday at around 10:22 p.m. when they met the second 15-year-old, as they themselves stated.

The two teenagers knew each other but did not get along because of a previous argument, according to the friend’s statement to police.

As the victim and her friend walked away, a drink was thrown at them, according to court documents. The two 15-year-old girls began to fight. according to court documents.

As the argument continued, the victim’s friend said she began to see blood.

“The blood was coming out of her shoulder like a faucet,” she said.
