On Saturday, the College Gameday crew was live from Dublin, Ireland to cover the Week 0 game between Florida State and Georgia Tech. During the pregame show, Desmond Howard, Pat McAfee, Nick Saban and Kirk Herbstreit made their predictions on who they think will be part of the first 12-team playoff in college football history. Saban was the only analyst who didn’t see the Wolverines in the playoffs, while the other three analysts saw Michigan as a lower seeded team in the first round. You can see all of those predictions Here.

The University of Michigan has now received the NCAA’s official NOA in the sign-stealing case. This comes roughly 24 hours before Stalions will be featured in a Netflix documentary that will be released on August 27, where fans will have their first chance to hear from the man at the center of the whole thing. It remains to be seen how much we will actually learn from Stalions about the key points of the investigation, but there’s no doubt that plenty of college football fans will be tuning in.

It’s officially game week for Michigan as the Wolverines prepare for their season opener against Fresno State on Saturday at the Big House. While most are excited to see who gets the starting quarterback job, Moore hinted he’s not quite ready to make that decision yet. While it remains to be seen when or if it will be made public before the Wolverines take the field on Aug. 31, Moore said they’ll likely tell the starter by Thursday that he’s won the job.
