Greg Swindell played at the University of Texas and was a major league pitcher for 17 seasons, including four seasons with the Houston Astros in the 1990s. He played his final four seasons with the Arizona Diamondbacks. His final season was 2002.

Brenna Swindell is 5’4″ tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She is a white female with brown hair, hazel eyes, and tattoos on both arms. Officials say she may be driving a white 2022 Kia Carnival with Texas license plate VFS 7528. The vehicle and Guidry may have been spotted in Colorado Springs on Sunday, officials said.

According to a Facebook post by Brenna Swindell’s mother, Sarah Swindell, Guidry is facing charges for assaulting Brenna Swindell. Sarah Swindell confirmed to the Austin American-Statesman that her daughter was the friend attacked in the affidavit.

“Her boyfriend is in trouble with the law for attacking her last month and we don’t know if she went with him willingly, if she was persuaded to run away with him, or what,” Swindell wrote on Facebook. “I still believe she would never abandon her three children or just take off without explanation. Until we can prove otherwise, we believe she is in danger.”

According to Sarah Swindell, she is in contact with Guidry’s father and he has helped her, she said.

The public is asked to contact Austin Police at 512-974-5250 with any information regarding Brenna Swindell or Morgan Guidry.
