Ed Westwick from “Gossip Girl” marries Amy Jackson from “Supergirl”
Call it a CW crossover: actor Ed Westwick and actress Amy Jackson have married for the second time.
The 37-year-old “Gossip Girl” actor and the 32-year-old “Supergirl” actress married on Saturday in a “timeless” ceremony in Italy, Jackson confirmed to People magazine on Sunday.
The couple married in a London ceremony earlier this month, but the Italian wedding offered “romance and vintage charm.”
“We wanted a venue for our wedding that was not only of natural beauty, surrounded by the sea, hills and vineyards, but also unique, and that’s exactly what we found,” the “2.0” actress told the outlet.
Guests at the party included Kelly Rutherford, Westwick’s “Gossip Girl” co-star, and model Daisy Lowe.
The three-day celebrations began on Friday with a sunset cruise in Naples. “We sailed along the coast of Ravello, Positano and Sorrento and then anchored in Capri for a swim (in the sea) as the sun set behind the Faraglioni rocks,” Jackson told People.
On Saturday, the couple tied the knot in a ceremony at the historic Castello di Rocca, a fortress in Abruzzo, Italy. Jackson described it as a “perfect setting” with “old-fashioned charm” and floral arrangements that created an “enchanted” atmosphere.
Westwick wore a Giorgio Armani suit with a white jacket, black bow tie and black trousers. Jackson wore a custom white evening gown with a 15-foot hand-embroidered veil by Italian designer Alberta Ferretti.

Jackson’s four-year-old son from a previous relationship was Westwick’s best man. “We both wanted (Andreas) to be an integral part of this special moment,” Westwick told the magazine. “He walked down the aisle with me, carried the rings and waited with me for his mother.”
“I think it’s a really beautiful way to honor their bond and make sure he feels a part of our celebration,” Jackson added.

The couple capped off the weekend with brunch at a beach club in Vietri sul Mare, a municipality in southern Italy.
The couple met for the first time in 2021 and announced their engagement in January. The actor and musician proposed on a bridge between snow-capped peaks in Gstaad, Switzerland.
Westwick played Chuck Bass in the CW’s “Gossip Girl” alongside Blake Lively, Penn Badgley and Chace Crawford. Jackson, who began her career in Indian films, broke out in America with her role as Imra Ardeen, aka Saturn Girl, in “Supergirl,” which first aired on CBS before moving to the CW.
