Home and office furniture brand Godrej Interio on Monday announced that it plans to open 104 new stores and increase its retail space by over 180,000 square feet during the current financial year as part of its pan-India expansion.

Godrej Interio, a part of Godrej & Boyce of the Godrej Enterprises Group, currently has 900 stores in over 600 cities across India.

Godrej Interio is forecasting 20 percent growth this year and plans to add over 200,000 square feet of retail space in fiscal 2025. The company is all set to cross the 1,000-store mark in August, it said in a statement.

The brand will also open 104 new stores in the 2025 financial year, it said.

“Our nationwide growth plan includes 34, 24, 19 and 27 new stores for the northern, western, southern and eastern regions, respectively,” said Dev Narayan Sarkar, senior vice president and head of consumer business (B2C), Godrej Interio.

In addition to physical expansion, the brand continues to grow its digital presence and the company’s e-commerce platform serves more than 17,000 zip codes, the statement added.
