Tony Khan says AEW clash behind the scenes is “much easier” than last year

AEW President Tony Khan has commented on how Collision has changed since its inception in June 2023.
Speaking at the AEW All In London post-show press conference, Tony Khan was asked about the company’s creative process and revealed some information about the roles others play in the product and storylines.
Khan specifically addressed AEW Collision, saying that it is now much easier to put on the show than it was a year ago and that the dressing room is in better shape overall.
Khan said:
“I honestly think it’s easier to get things done behind the scenes on Collision than it was a year ago. I think the transition between the two shows is a lot easier than it was a year ago.
“I think the dressing room is in a much better condition than it was a year ago. It shows when we came here compared to what happened here a year ago.
“I think I have a much easier job because I was already dealing with the people at Collision last year and the meetings to put the TV together are a lot easier than they were this time a year ago.”
Although Khan did not mention CM Punk, his comments could refer to the current WWE star, as he plays a prominent role on the show itself and reportedly behind the scenes as well.
