Rape: Teenager arrested for sexually abusing a minor girl | News from Hyderabad
Hyderabad: A 16-year-old boy was arrested for raping a 13-year-old girl in Asifabad district. The boy blackmailed the girl with her Nude photos.
Local police said that the accused and the survivor live in the same area and he became friends with the girl some time ago. He spoke to her on the phone and over time insisted that they talk to each other. Video calls.Some time later, he allegedly forced her to be naked during their video calls. The teenager took screenshots and later blackmailed her for sexual favors.
The minor girl met him out of fear and he allegedly raped her. When her parents came to know about it, they approached the police who registered a case under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act and the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The boy was taken into custody on Saturday and later brought before a judge, who sent him to a juvenile home.
