Harrison Burton’s win at Daytona on Saturday puts him in the NASCAR Cup Series playoffs, and the victory means Ross Chastain and Bubba Wallace have a lot of work to do next week.

Wallace finished sixth on Saturday but lost ground to Burton’s win, which catapulted the driver of the No. 21 Wood Brothers Racing Ford from 34th in the points standings into the playoffs.

Chastain has 27 points to make up on 16th-place Chris Buescher, while Wallace goes into the final game of the season next Sunday in Darlington with a 21-point deficit.

Martin Truex Jr. has not yet qualified for the playoffs, but has a 58-point lead, while Ty Gibbs has a 39-point lead over the cut line.
