Justin and Hailey Bieber are happy to welcome a baby, expanding the famous Baldwin family

Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin Bieber have had their first child, expanding the famous Baldwin family.

Hailey has given birth to a baby boy named Jack Blues Bieber, the celebrity couple announced late Friday night. They did not specify when the child was born, but shared a photo of the newborn’s foot on Instagram.

“WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER,” wrote the new parents.

According to People magazine, the name Jack Bieber stays true to a family tradition of the initials “JB,” as is common among Justin Bieber and his father Jeremy Bieber, as well as his half-siblings Jazmyn Bieber and Jaxon Bieber.

“CONGRATULATIONS @justinbieber & Hailey. I LOVE YOU FOREVER BABY JACK!!,” tweeted Justin’s mother Pattie Mallette.

Hailey’s father Stephen Baldwin is now also a proud grandfather: “Amen, congratulations and may God continue to bless our family,” the actor wrote on X.

It is the first child for Justin, 30, and Hailey, 27, who married in 2018. They announced they were pregnant in May, months after Stephen Baldwin asked for prayers for the couple without explanation.

The baby is Baldwin’s second grandchild. Hailey’s sister Alaia reportedly had a daughter in 2020. Her famous family also includes actors Daniel, Billy and Alec Baldwin – Hailey’s uncle – as well as model Ireland Baldwin, who had her own baby last year.

Justin Bieber, a Grammy-winning pop singer known for songs like “Baby” and “Peaches,” told Ellen DeGeneres in 2020 that he would like to start a big family with his wife.

“I’ll have as many as Hailey wants to squeeze out. I’d like to have a small trunk. But yeah, it’s her body and whatever she wants to do,” Biebs said. “I think she wants to have a few.”

Hailey Bieber, model, founder of Rhode Skin and granddaughter of the late Central New York breast cancer research fundraiser Carol M. Baldwin, told GQ Hype last fall that motherhood is “something I’m excited about.” She also bristled at online speculation about her weight and possible pregnancies, vowing that the public would be the last to know.

“It’s also such a private, intimate thing. It’s something that comes when it comes. And honestly, at the end of the day, it’s just so hilarious how much people care. Let me do what I want with my body, and you can do what you want with your body – and let’s just leave it at that,” she said.
