Chris Pratt jokes he thought Hugh Jackman was ‘taller’ in comically edited photo

Pratt and the “Deadpool & Wolverine” actor are co-stars in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The jokes about Hugh Jackman never end.

As Deadpool and Wolverine debuts in theaters, even Chris Pratt gets into the territory normally reserved for Ryan Reynolds, Jackman’s co-star in the new Marvel film.

He posted that he was “so damn excited” about the new release, joking, “What a pleasure to finally meet Hugh Jackman. I thought he was taller.” The joke was illustrated with a photo of him and Reynolds, in which… the image of Jackman’s face was placed on the body of Pratt’s 11-year-old son Jack, whom he has with Anna Farris.

Pratt, of course, played Peter Quill/Star-Lord in the Guardians of the Galaxy Franchise and in other MCU films, such as 2019 Avengers: Endgame And Thor: Love and Thunder in 2022.

Reynolds and Jackman have been pranking each other – and often trolling each other – for years, from Reynolds wearing socks with Jackman’s face on them for his birthday to the time Jackman held up a mask with Reynolds’ face on it on social media.

Although the two friends love to tease each other in front of their numerous fans, they have maintained their superhero status over the years.

Deadpool and Wolverine Director Shawn Levy told EW in April that he got “goosebumps” when he saw the two in their costumes for the film.
