The Too many heroines lose (Make Heroine ga Oosugiru) Anime has unveiled a new “Losing Heroine” visual by Lemon Yakishio following the premiere of episode 7 in Japan. Aniplex is producing the anime, while studio A-1 Pictures is in charge of animation.

Shotaro Kitamura is directing the anime, Masahiro Yokotani is in charge of series composition, and Tetsuya Kawakami is the character designer. The main voice cast consists of:

• Hikaru Tono as Anna Yanami
• Shion Wakayama as Lemon Yakishio
• Shuichiro Umeda as Kazuhiko Nukumizu
• Momoka Terasawa as Chika Komari

The Too many heroines lose! The light novel by Takibi Amamori first appeared in Shogakukan’s Gagaga Bunko imprint in July 2021 and won the 15th Shogakukan Light Novel Award that same year. There is also a manga adaptation illustrated by Itachi that began in 2022. Seven Seas Entertainment has licensed both the novel and the manga. Crunchyroll streams the anime and describes the story:
Meet the girls who are on the losing side when it comes to love! First, there’s Anna Yanami, the girl next door who can’t say no to delicious food. Then there’s Lemon Yakishio, a beautiful and spirited athlete. And last but not least, there’s Chika Komari, the sweet but shy heroine with gentle charm. Together, they overcome unpleasant setbacks in the hope of finally finding love!
