Inter Milan considers last-minute offers for Eddie Salcedo

Inter Milan are ready to listen to last-minute offers for striker Eddie Salcedo in the final week of the summer transfer window.

This is stated in today’s print edition of the Turin newspaper Tuttosport, about FCInterNews.

This summer, Salcedo returned to Inter in Serie B after the end of his loan spell at Lecco.

Salcedo has been loaned out several times over the past few seasons.

The Italian U21 international spent the 2019-20 and 2020-21 seasons on loan at Hellas Verona, where he found some consistency under Ivan Juric.

However, after these two seasons, Salcedo has changed somewhat.

Salcedo spent the 2021–22 season on loan at Spezia in Serie A.

The following season, he was loaned to Serie B. Salcedo initially played for Bari in the second division, and then returned to Genoa in Liguria in the January transfer window of this season.

Last season, Salcedo was also loaned out on two different occasions in the two halves of the season.

The Italian spent the first half of last season at Spanish second division club Eldense. In January he moved to Lecco, where he spent the second half of the season.

Inter Milan ready to consider last-minute offers for Eddie Salcedo

It is clear that Inter wants to sell Salcedo this summer.

The 22-year-old is not necessarily a player who would have a place in the Nerazzurri’s first team plans.

However, Inter has not yet found a new club for Salcedo.

The Nerazzurri could either loan the Italian U21 international again or even sell him permanently.

There is only one week left until the end of the summer transfer window.

Inter are therefore aware that it will not be too difficult for them to find a new player for Salcedo.

According to a report from Tuttosport, Inter will be ready to listen to last-minute offers for the 22-year-old in the coming days.
