The opening scene of Fast X was released on the occasion of the digital release

The opening scene of Fast X has been released online as the film is being released digitally in the US.

The tenth main part of the action series hit theaters last month, but is now also available for fans in America to buy and rent digitally.

The film’s opening scene is a flashback to the bank vault chase from Fast & Furious Five, this time featuring Jason Momoa’s villain Dante Reyes, the son of the previous film’s villain Hernan Reyes.

Now that Fast X has concluded, fans are eagerly awaiting the sequel, Fast X Part 2, and star Vin Diesel has now confirmed that the film will hit screens on April 4, 2025.

The actor announced the news on Instagram, sharing a photo of himself and Momoa and writing, “April 4, 2025… is less than 22 months away. I love how expressive and collaborative all of the actors in our franchise feel as they step into the World’s Saga.”

“Jason wanted to try something completely unique and special and ended up creating a character that will command all the attention and that the world will not forget.

In other news, franchise star Dwayne Johnson recently confirmed his return to the series for another film after a surprise appearance in Fast X.

Fast X is currently playing in US and UK cinemas and is available for digital purchase and rental in the US.
