Olympian Stephen Nedoroscik is competing on Dancing With The Stars and I have a strange request for season 33
The wild ride continues for Olympic medalist Stephen Nedoroscik. Days after we saw his reaction to Superman Actor David Corenswet contacted him and we found out that the rumor that he was involved in the Dancing with the stars. He will actually be appearing in the 33rd season of the ABC and Disney+ series when it premieres in 2024, and now that he’s confirmed, I have a slightly odd request.
Nedoroscik’s claim to fame at the Paris 2024 Games was being known as the “pommel horse guy” who brought the United States its first team medal in men’s gymnastics since 2008. Now he is on his way to German wave, where jokes about his resemblance to Steve from American father or Clark Kent will undoubtedly continue and I think he has an ace up his sleeve that will allow him to wow audiences and go far in this competition.

Stephen Nedoroscik will be the first male gymnast to compete Dancing with the starsbut it’s nothing new for Olympians to perform on the show. Still, the pressure will be on Nedoroscik to compete, as no Olympian has won the Mirror Ball Trophy since Adam Rippon in Season 26. The gymnast will have to pull out all the stops to be ready for any competition, and that’s exactly why I think he and his pro will have to work out a dance routine for the pommel horse.
Technical skills and tradition are good, but there is also room in DWTS for flair and style. Many people loved the men’s gymnastics events and now that the Paris 2024 Games are over, wouldn’t it be great to have an encore?
Is this a cheap ploy to please the fans? Absolutely. However, these things are necessary when it comes to fan voting. With Nedoroscik’s back against the wall and at the bottom of the list, a pommel horse routine could buy him a week of security, maybe even two.
Of course, the competitor in him may not want to resort to it, but I believe that competitors should take advantage of every advantage they have.
Could he perform the pommel horse exercise on the back of his dance partner?

Imagine Stephen Nedoroscik dancing the Paso Doble when his partner suddenly drops to all fours. He takes off his glasses and then performs a flawless pommel horse routine on his back.
I would immediately buy a yearly subscription to Disney+ just for the entertainment alone, but is that possible?
I’m asking seriously because I have absolutely no idea. But I do know one thing: if anyone could pull off a stunt like this, it’s the guy who just gave the United States its first pommel horse medal in decades. I’m not sure the late Len Goodman would have tried this trick back when he was on the jury, but maybe this new jury could pull it off!
