Diana Tsoy, who played Toph in a Avatar: The Last Airbender Fanfilm, has confirmed that she will not be portraying the character in Season 2 of the Netflix live-action series, explaining the casting process for the show. Tsoy previously portrayed the blind earthbender in a fan-made 2022 concept trailer for the character.
