Among former Kennedy Jr. supporters, Enten said, more would switch to Harris than to Trump: 39 percent now support Harris, while Trump comes in at 20 percent. According to the data, Kennedy Jr. retains 39 percent of these voters.

“If you’re down to two-fifths of your support from July, you’re going through the roof, which is what RFK Jr. is doing right now. But the key point here is that Kamala Harris can rally a lot of the disaffected voters who said they would vote third party,” Enten said. “They’re not voting third party anymore. By a two-to-one margin, they’re saying they’re going to vote for Kamala Harris over Donald Trump.”
