BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Rosalía rock the “New Woman” dance challenge and spend time in LA in front of the alleged VMA stage
BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Rosalía took on the New Woman challenge and showed off their great chemistry and stylish dance moves. The Thai K-pop idol and the Spanish singer released their song New Woman in early August.
Lisa released her first single ROCKSTAR as a soloist in early June after parting ways with YG Entertainment. The talented artist celebrated her solo comeback with her new single after about two and a half years. Lisa debuted as a soloist in 2021 with her single album LALISA.
On August 21, BLACKPINK’s Lisa and Rosalía came together to take on the New Woman challenge. The duo stood outside an ice cream shop in Los Angeles. While Lisa performed her dance to the adorable song, Rosalía enjoyed her ice cream and added her style. The idol also shared pictures with Rosalía as they hung out together. Lisa will perform at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, scheduled for September 12. Fans also suspect that Rosalía will make a surprise appearance on stage.
Lisa will be part of the upcoming third season of the drama The White Lotus. Production on the third season of The White Lotus reportedly began in Thailand in February. Lisa will work under the name Lalisa Manobal as she is starring in the HBO series. Filming on the series has reportedly been completed.
In December 2023, it was confirmed that all BLACKPINK members have renewed their contracts with YG Entertainment for group activities, but have not signed with the agency for their individual activities. Lisa posted her profile photos along with the news of the establishment of her agency LLOUD earlier this year.
