According to police, a wild fight broke out between four women in a Las Vegas casino over a married man.

The argument between the women, which was captured on video in several film sequences distributed on the Internet, was apparently about an affair, according to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department obtained by Fox News Digital.

A video recording apparently taken by a passerby shows men in a casino trying to pull two women apart while a third woman also tries to intervene.

At one point, a man who appears to be a security guard pushes a woman to the ground and her skirt rides up, revealing her underwear. After she stands up, the man appears to help her pull down her skirt and she is led away. Police say four women were involved in the fight, but the footage does not show what happened to the other women.

Other footage shows the same woman wearing pink-heeled flip-flops approaching a passerby who tried to intervene, and a woman on a mobility scooter joining the fight, the Daily Mail reported.

The incident occurred on July 9 next to a poker tournament at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel, Fox News reported.

The police report provided new details about how the incident may have happened.

The woman pinned to the ground was identified as 24-year-old Danielle Pertusiello. She told police she was going to the bathroom with her friend, 29-year-old Amanda Collado, after leaving a party when they were both “struck from behind in the back of the head with clenched fists,” Fox News reported.

The police report states that Pertusiello stated she had “dated/slept with a married man” and that a woman had previously caught him “cheating on” her with Pertusiello, Fox News reports.

Fox News reported that one of the women involved in the fight was the man’s wife, but her identity was not disclosed. Details, including the names of the man and his wife, were redacted in the report, Fox News reported.

The police report said surveillance footage from the casino showed a woman tapping Pertusiello and Collados on the shoulders, and then “all four women began punching each other.” The fight ended when a security guard tackled Pertusiello to the ground, Fox News reported.

Pertusiello and Collado received summonses for disorderly conduct and were released, Fox News reported. Neither woman immediately responded to the network’s request for comment.
