Texan by naturefounded by former First Lady Laura Bush, has published its 2023 Impact Report. The numbers speak for themselves:

  • 11 million acres are affected by Conservation Wrangler and TxN Certified projects
  • Over 5.5 million people were reached through these projects
  • 43 nature conservation guides awarded
  • $2 million for local conservation efforts
  • 6.8 billion media impressions
  • 726 trees planted as part of projects by company members

But Texan by Nature is not just about counting trees. The company actively combines conservation and business. The annual Conservation Summit at the George W. Bush Presidential Center in Dallas brings together environmentalists and business leaders.

“Together, we are making progress toward a future where every business, every Texan, is involved in conservation,” the organization said.

It’s a big goal, and Frenchi of Wichita Falls invites everyone to get involved in “creating a future where Texas is a model for community conservation around the world.”
