A Happy Gilmore Thanks to Netflix, Adam Sandler and others, the sequel is coming.

The actor, who reprises his role as a former hockey player turned golfer, has also hinted that several guest stars could appear in the sequel. Christopher McDonald, who played antagonist Shooter McGavin in the original 1996 film, first hinted about a sequel. McDonald mentioned to Drew Barrymore and on the radio that Sandler showed him an early script for the new film.

When will the Happy Gilmore Sequel out?

Since the film is still in its early stages, no known release date has been set yet.

Is that Happy Gilmore Sequel in production?

Production on the film is set to begin in a few weeks in New Jersey, according to Adam Sandler’s latest update on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon 20.August.

Who will be in Happy Gilmore Consequence?

Sandler will return to reprise the role of Happy Gilmore. Speaking to Jimmy Fallon, who asked about cameos in the film and specifically about a certain Travis Kelce, Sandler confirmed that Kelce will have a role in the film. Sandler also hinted that some professional golfers will appear in the sequel.

In an interview with IndieWire, Sandler also confirmed that Benny Safdie will play a “saucy role” in Happy Gilmore 2.

In the original film, golfer Lee Trevino was joined by The price is hot Host Bob Barker. Julie Bowen (Modern Family) also starred in the original film.

Who else is behind it Happy Gilmore 2?

Sandler is writing the screenplay for the sequel with original co-writer Tim Herlihy. The film will be produced by Happy Madison, Sandler’s production company, which Happy Gilmore And Billy Madison.

Netflix officially ordered the film in May. Sandler has a long-term contract with the streamer, through which he has made other films, such as Crime And You are definitely not invited to my Bat Mitzvah.
