Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update 21 August 2024: While dancing, Ruhi introduces herself to Armaan and confesses her love to him.

In tonight’s episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Abhira (Samridhii Shukla) expresses her concern that Armaan (Rohit Poddar) will be responsible for the ring once she gives it to him. She fears that Armaan might expect her to wear his ring too and she is worried about who will be responsible for her ring. She expresses her frustration to Akshara for leaving her so early. Abhira becomes alert when she learns about a robbery in progress. Armaan calls her and asks if she is scared. Armaan is determined to help and intervenes but Abhira is alarmed and confronts the robbers who then capture her. They demand to know where the ring is.

Kaveri stops Armaan from meeting Abhira:

Armaan tries to help Abhira, but Kaveri intervenes and insists that Abhira should be in charge of the ring. Kaveri believes that it is Abhira’s job to manage it. Although the robbers find the ring, Abhira worries that Kaveri, Vidya and Armaan might lose faith in her for not protecting it. She decides to fight off the robbers to protect the ring.

Meanwhile, Armaan looks for a way to reach Abhira, but Kaveri blocks his way and advises him to take some rest instead. Abhira remains determined to protect the ring and decides to tell Armaan about the incident later. She swears that no one will take Armaan’s ring.

Armaan’s ring is lost:

Armaan enquires about Abhira’s well-being and she assures him that she is fine. They share a romantic moment, with Armaan inviting Abhira to visit him in his dreams. Abhira suggests that Armaan gets some sleep.

In another subplot, Rohit plans a surprise date for Ruhi, but she is hesitant. Rohit urges her not to ruin the evening and they end up dancing together. While Ruhi is dancing, she imagines Armaan and confesses her love to Rohit while thinking of Armaan. Rohit, misunderstanding the situation, is thrilled by Ruhi’s obvious affection. Ruhi is worried about her confession.

While Abhira and Armaan are impatiently waiting for their engagement, Abhira checks her ring box but is shocked to find that the ring is missing. She frantically searches for it.

In the preview, Abhira cries over the missing ring and Vidya asks about it, realizing Abhira’s grief. Arman assures Abhira that she will handle the situation, but Abhira decides to inform the Poddars about the lost ring and face the consequences of its disappearance.
