Now that the NBA Draft, Summer League and much of free agency are behind us, we are in the offseason period where players, coaches and executives can take a little mental break from the game of basketball before starting training camp again in less than two months.

Some members of the Charlotte Hornets recently went on a golf outing with Vice President of Basketball Operations Jeff Peterson. LaMelo Ball, Tre Mann and Nick Richards were the players featured in the video clip the team posted on social media.

It might be OK to tell Tre Mann to stick to his job. Trust me, I’m not particularly good at golf either and honestly, our swings look identical. LaMelo has that beginner swing, but at least he’s got a decent drive, which is difficult when you’ve never played golf before. But Jeff Peterson? Gosh. He might give a run for his money to avid golfer and Hornets legend Dell Curry.
