Vincent said he didn’t know exactly what to expect in training camp, but confirmed his excitement for Redick and the team as a whole.

“No, not really. But we are a new coach, we know him a little off the pitch, he’s a great guy, and we’re excited to see how the year goes. I think everyone is looking forward to training camp. We’ve had a long break from the season and we’re ready to get going again.”

A new head coach brings a lot of optimism to any team. Additionally, lineups will be different, roles and playing times may change. But many players feel a sense of urgency and excitement when playing under a new coaching staff.
