Horrific moment: Paedophile drags 12-year-old girl to his home in a suitcase, ties her to his bed, tells her she is his “sex slave” and rapes her with an accomplice – he has to go to prison for 45 years
A paedophile who dragged a 12-year-old girl to his home in a suitcase, then tied her to the bed and told her she was his “sex slave” has been sentenced to 45 years in prison.
Horrific footage shows Daniel Moraes Bittar, 43, trying to carry the suitcase up two flights of stairs in his house in Luciana, Brazil on June 28th last year.
Bittar kidnapped the child in front of her school with the help of his 22-year-old girlfriend and accomplice Gesielly de Souza Vieira.
The girl was dragged into a car and de Souza Vieira held a cloth soaked in chloroform in front of her face while Bittar threatened her with a knife.
Then her legs were tied and she was put in a suitcase, which they put in the trunk while they drove into a wooded area to throw away her cell phone.

Horrifying footage shows Bittar, 43, attempting to pull the suitcase up two flights of stairs at his home in Luziania, Brazil, on June 28 last year.
The 43-year-old, who worked as a civil servant, was only caught when the police became aware of the horrifying footage from a surveillance camera and found the victim half-naked and tied to his bed.
She had suffered bruises and chemical burns, and medical examinations conducted after her rescue confirmed that she had been sexually abused.
According to police, sex toys, stun guns, cameras and pornographic material were found at the scene of the brutal attack in June last year.
A gasoline can was also found, leading police to believe that he may have planned to burn the girl’s body after the rape.
Bittar, who was seen on video whimpering during questioning by police, has now been sentenced to 45 years and nine months in prison.
De Souza Vieira was also sentenced to 29 years and two months in prison for her involvement in the cruel crime.
Both were also ordered to pay £11,400 compensation to the victim, who was not named.
Bittar’s defense attorneys have already stated that they disagree with the verdict and will appeal.

His accomplice Gesiely de Sousa Vieira was sentenced to 29 years in prison for her involvement in the crime.

Then he nods awkwardly and says “Yes,” whereupon the officer asks: “What is she doing in your house?”
The 43-year-old begins to answer incoherently before the police officer interrupts him with the question: “Where did you take her? Why did you take her? What did you do to her?”
The visibly nervous Bittar says: “She is just there, I haven’t done anything to her yet.”
Detective Joao Guilherme Medeiros told the media in July last year: “The victim stated that Bittar touched her private parts and that she was forced to touch his genitals.”
“The girl said he constantly threatened her and said she would be his sex slave. He also filmed the abuse of the student and sent it to his girlfriend. The victim told us he mentioned Geisy’s name on the phone.”
He added: “We have footage of him putting the suitcase in the EcoSport since Monday 26th. The planning of the crime is very clear.”

“In fact, he had another girl in mind, a 13-year-old who had already been interviewed by our team.
“This potential victim was known to the co-defendant because she lived near Daniel’s girlfriend. This girl was her target.”
“For some reason, on June 28, they changed their minds and went to the school in Luziania. There they first observed the children and teenagers and then approached the victim in a nearby street, whom we found captive.”
