Calling all dancers: Moving West Dance Theatre at PAC MetroWest

Moving West Dance Theatre, based at MetroWest’s Performing Arts Center in
Framingham is looking for dancers for a multimedia dance production in
November 2024. The production, titled “Reawakenings,” will be a collaboration between two
Experienced choreographers, live music, film and dancers in new and re-enacted original pieces
Dance Works. This project is supported by grants from the Massachusetts Cultural Council, the
Framingham Cultural Council and Mabel Burchard Fischer Foundation.
Dancers must commit to weekly rehearsals in Framingham in late summer and fall (determined
after availability survey) with performance dates of 15 and 16 November 2024. Dancers should have a
History of dance training and performance and be familiar with group improvisation
Explorations of movement. The production includes professional musicians on piano, violin,
Guitar, and much more. All performing artists receive a scholarship for their commitment.
Dancers of all ages and experience are welcome in this production. Interested participants
