Hawk Tuah girl claps back as Yung Gravy slides into her DMs

The girl from Hawk Tuah publicly responded to Yung Gravy’s date request, but the “Baby Gravy” artist said his fans shouldn’t be surprised that he is interested in her.

Hawk-Tuah girl Haliey Welch hasn’t minced her words when it comes to what’s been happening in her DMs since she rose to viral fame in June.

In addition to requests to sell jars of spit, she asked “creepy” fans for foot pictures, which she admitted she had no interest in.

However, since her “Spit on that thang” interview with “Tim & Dee TV,” celebrities have also been sending her direct messages.

While standing outside the Westin Hotel in New York in August, TMZ asked the girl from Hawk Tuah if there was “anyone new” in her direct messages.

After thinking for a moment, Haliey revealed that hip-hop artist Yung Gravy had asked her out on a date.

“Yung Gravy… I thought, you know. He wants to go out with me,” she added, then murmured, “Ahhhh,” to show that she had no interest in seducing him.

When news of Yung Gravy’s interest in the girl from Hawk Tuah went viral, the “Baby Gravy” singer confirmed it was real and said his fans shouldn’t be surprised.

“This is nothing new because anyone who knows me would have assumed this has happened before,” Yung Gravy said on Instagram.

Fans of the duo also commented. Some said she shouldn’t have turned him down because her fame would soon be over.

Others asked about Haliey’s alleged crush on “Pookie,” who she said she will “always love.”

Some fans who knew about Yung Gravy’s relationship with Addison Rae’s mother Sheri Easterling even made fun of his interest in older women. “But Gravy, did you ask her mom out too?” asked one fan.

Some also laughed at how Hawk Tuah’s girl “pilloried” Yung Gravy by publicly rejecting him on the news.

Although she showed no interest in the “Betty (Get Money)” artist, Haliey took advantage of other opportunities to hang out with celebrities such as country artist Zach Bryan and YouTuber and professional boxer Jake Paul.
