The Democrats’ new platform has it all: a land recognition, Nick Fuentes and 150 mentions of Donald Trump. The party, currently gathering on the traditional homeland of the Anishinaabe, commonly known as “Chicago,” will vote tonight to officially adopt the new proposals.

The voluminous 92-page document, which was only released to the public this morning, was written before Joe Biden dropped out of the race and therefore mentions the president 287 times, including 19 mentions of a second term for Biden. Kamala Harris, on the other hand, is mentioned only 32 times, and many of those mentions actually refer to the “Biden-Harris administration.”

The document also includes a lengthy ode to the police, a notable change in tone from the platform’s 2020 call to “overhaul the criminal justice system from the ground up.” It also mentions Donald Trump’s meeting with “white supremacist, anti-Semite, and Holocaust denier Nick Fuentes.” Has any Democrat even read it?
