Meghan Markle showed off her dancing skills as she had fun with the locals during her Colombia tour with Prince Harry, but netizens are not impressed. The Duchess of Sussex can be seen in a video seemingly enjoying herself and grinning as she dances during a performance at the Centro Nacional de las Artes Delia Zapata Olivella.

Harry and Meghan landed in the South American country earlier this week. At the venue in Bogotá, they were treated to theater, music and dance performances. The Sussexes had been invited by the country’s Vice President, Francia Marquez.

Meghan wore an embroidered maroon and gold Johanna Ortiz dress and Jimmy Choo sandals in the video. On Friday morning, August 16, the couple visited a school in a suburb of downtown Bogotà and watched students perform traditional Colombian music.

The video of Meghan dancing was shared by Bianca Betancourt, editor of Harper’s Bazaar.

Meghan’s dancing routines, however, have not convinced social media users. The Sussexes have already come under fire for their decision to visit Colombia, with some calling it “quasi-royal” since they are no longer active members of the royal family. Critics pointed out that it was an unusual decision considering Colombia is plagued by crime, social unrest and kidnappings. On the other hand, it was odd that Harry and Meghan refused to return to the UK for security reasons, critics said.
