“Wayward” star Alyvia Alyn Lind earns $75,000 per episode of the Netflix series
Alyvia Alyn Lind is getting a pretty good cut of the streaming costs for an upcoming Netflix production… she is set to earn more than $500,000 for the miniseries.
The 17-year-old actress stars in “Wayward”… and her underage contract shows how well she’s paid for it.
According to the contract filed in court and obtained by TMZ, Alyvia will make $75,000 per episode in the first season.
The contract calls for Alyvia to appear in at least seven episodes, meaning she will earn at least $525,000 for her acting performance alone.
According to Netflix, the first season of Wayward will consist of 8 episodes, meaning Alyvia could make $600,000. And if the show is picked up for a second season, her contract includes a 5% raise… which would bring her salary to $78,750 per episode.
Canadian comedian Mae Martin created “Wayward” and is a producer and actor in the series … which Netflix describes as a thriller “set in an idyllic but eerie town that explores the insidious underbelly of the ‘problem youth industry’ and the eternal battle between one generation and the next.”
The series also stars Toni Collette And Sarah Gadon.
