The cost of a college education has risen significantly in Texas and across the country, while many are beginning to argue that the value of the degree has declined. Now imagine having to attend a high school in a single year that costs more than dozens of colleges and universities in the Lone Star State cost in 4, 5, or maybe even 20 years for those really super awesome seniors who must be a cross between Peter Pan and Van Wilder.

I mean, even if you go to the worst college in the entire country that is written about in the link above, at least you’ll graduate. If you go to those super expensive high schools, you still have to worry about getting accepted and then raising the money to attend college.
Yes, I understand that the people who attend private schools in this price range probably come from families that aren’t concerned about money, but the idea of spending over $50,000 on a single year of high school is still too much for my simple mind to handle.
