How to remove poison in Black Myth: Wukong
Black Myth: Wukong features several negative status effects that cause you to slowly take damage over time, regardless of whether an enemy hits you or not. They are quite annoying; if you are not careful, they will lead to an untimely death. Take poison, for example. It is one of the most annoying. Here’s how to remove poison in Black Myth: Wukong!
How to get rid of the poison status effect in Black Myth: Wukong
There are three ways to get rid of poison in Black Myth: Wukong: waiting, using Antimiasma Powder, or visiting a Guardian Shrine. When you’re in the heat of battle, waiting for a status effect to resolve isn’t the best option. Usually, it’s a death sentence. But that’s where Antimiasma Powder comes in. It’s the fastest and most effective way to remove the Poison status effect in the game.
You can have up to nine Antimiasma Powders in your inventory at once. Each one is single-use and will instantly remove the poisoned condition while also increasing your poison resistance for a short time. It doesn’t last very long, so strike now and finish off that pesky enemy that’s inflicting poison on you!
Alternatively, you can visit a Guardian’s Shrine. Resting at the shrine will get rid of all status effects, not just poison, and you can then continue your adventure. However, resting will respawn all normal enemies in the zone, so be careful if there are freshly spawned enemies waiting for you around the next corner.
And finally, you can wait it out. Most status effects in Black Myth: Wukong have a timer, and if you have enough life in your health pool or enough charges in your gourd, you will survive the poisoned condition!
