Wow, The Snake Queen Season 2, episode 5, last week was definitely an exciting episode. It was my favorite episode of the season so far. So much happened in the plot and story, with the biggest cliffhanger being that the Queen of England has arrived in France to possibly marry King Charles. Oh! And this week we get the continuation of this interesting story. So when can we start watching?

The Snake Queen Season 2, episode 6, “Courting the Valois,” premieres on Starz on Friday, August 16, 2024. There are two release dates depending on which platform you choose to watch the royal drama on. The episode will be released at midnight ET on the Starz app, as well as later that same evening at 8 p.m. ET on the Starz channel if you prefer to watch it on TV.

Since the release time on the app is 12pm ET, that means some of you may actually be able to tune in as early as Thursday night, depending on your time zone. We’ve posted a breakdown of the release dates and times below:

This week, of course, we can expect Queen Elizabeth’s arrival in France to cause quite a stir at the dramatic French court, and perhaps King Charles isn’t the only one vying for her hand. Hmm. Very interesting indeed. And does Queen Elizabeth have any ulterior motives? The royals are great schemers, after all. We’ll find out soon enough. Starz has also released some promotional images to give us a closer look at The Snake Queen Season 2, Episode 6. As you can see below, Catherine doesn’t look very happy, she’s in pretty bad shape. What else could be keeping her busy? Also, Queen Elizabeth and Louis Bourbon are talking.

We know he was smitten with the Queen when he visited England. How will he take the news of her possible engagement to Charles? Could the dramatic fencing match hinted at in the synopsis allude to Charles and Louis? Anything can happen at this court!
